The previus week, I went to Madrid to attend a course of egyptology about foreign policy of the Old egyptian Kingdom, and I went to the nacional museum in order to watch the egyptian pieces.
I would like to show you some of them:
This piece is an ushebti box of Khabekhent (19th Dinasty), in Ramses the Great times, around 1279 b.C. It was found in Deir el Medina, ancient Thebes (Uaset in ancient egyptian language).
This other piece is a sarcophagous of a priest of the god Amun (1080-945 b.C, 21st Dinasty). It is made of polychrome stone and it comes from the theban necropolis. It has got pictures of the Dwat. Here we see the priest in front of different divinities.
